Life Doesn’t Matter Without The Lord’s Approval
Psalms 119:59 -“I considered my ways; I turned my feet to [obey] your testimonies.”
What does it mean to ponder? Well, to ponder is to consider something deeply in order to arrive at the best decision. However, how many of us actually reach the best choice for our lives? If we know that God is omniscient, why are our decisions made without prayer to consult our Heavenly Father first? Why must we be broken down, humiliated, and humbled time and again to realize that our lives are not our own? Therefore, stop fighting the life God has for you. If you are called to be a pastor, it’s time to look at options for seminary school. If searching for companionship, it’s time to pray and ask God to control your desires, so you can handle that person he has for you. In essence, a quote from my grandma Abigail says it best, “Life doesn’t matter without the Lord’s approval, because only what you do for Christ will last.” Hallelujah God is good. God bless.
